Becoming Part of the OLC Family

Thank you for your interest in joining Our Lady of the Cross School!
We are a unique community of faith, and we are excited to share our story with you. While our school is new as of the 2021 school year, we stand on a legacy and tradition of Catholic education in Lebanon County that draws on experienced teachers and staff who provide strong academic foundation and give faithful witness to the Gospel in a loving environment.

Path to Admissions

We welcome your inquiry into enrollment at Our Lady of the Cross School!
There are several steps on your path to Admission; you can use the list below as a guide.

INQUIRE ONLINE Hit the Inquire button on our website and enter some basic information.
VISIT THE SCHOOL! Do at least one of these:
- Take a private tour
- Attend an Open House or Walk Thru Event
- Schedule a Shadow Day
APPLY ONLINE Click the Apply button on our website and enter academic & family information.
DOCUMENTATION You will be asked to upload the following documents in the Simple Tuition Solutions portal.
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Most current report card (if applicable)
- Request for Records
- Dental Form
- Physical Form
- Immunization Record
- Home Language Survey
- Mission Agreement Statement
APPLICATION FEE You will be asked to submit a $250 application fee (per family) after you complete the application. Payment can be made online or by check made payable to “LC Strong Foundation”. Fee is non-refundable.
INTERVIEW We’ll discuss your reasons for wanting to be part of the OurLC family and our mission statement, tuition agreement and any questions or concerns that come up.
TESTING
- - Kindergarten testing required
  - Math and/or Reading placement testing may be administered

ACCEPTANCE
- Tuition Agreement
