Teacher Appreciation Week – Stock the Fridge 

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4–8, and we’re kicking it off on Monday with a “Stock the Fridge” treat for our teachers!

If you’d like to help, we’re looking for drinks, snacks, and a few teacher favorites to keep our staff fueled and appreciated throughout the week. A sign-up with ideas and preferences is linked below.

Grandparents Day Lunch – Donations & Volunteers Needed

Grandparents Day is Thursday, May 14th, and PTO is providing lunch for all students and their grandparents (subs, wraps, sandwiches, and salads).

We are asking for help with donations of chips, drinks, and desserts to complete the meal. We are also in need of 3–4 volunteers to help distribute lunches during the event.

Field Day & Fun Run – Volunteers Needed

Field Day is Thursday, May 21st, and we’re getting ready for one of the most exciting days of the year! From games and bounce houses to our Color Run and special lunch, this is a day our students look forward to all year.

We’re looking for parent volunteers to help make the day run smoothly. Whether you can help for a short time or stay for the full event, your support makes a big difference.

Rain Date: Wednesday, May 22nd
(The unusual order is due to senior exam scheduling—thank you for your flexibility!)

Volunteer Reminder

All volunteers must have required clearances on file with the school. Please be sure all clearances are submitted to the office by Monday, May 18th.
